I create or edit an invoice and the quick view of the invoice shows:-

    Total Paid Owing
    £779.00 £0.00 £779.00

    But the Print Preview shows

    Total: £ 779.00
    Paid: £ 0.00
    Owing: £0.00

    PHP 7.4

the only error in the PHP log is the same one:-
Calculated owing[779] not equal to invoices table owning[0.000000]
    [19-Feb-2021 19:49:50 Europe/London] Invoice::getInvoices() – Owing discrepancy on invoice id[61] – index_id[65]. Calculated owing[779] not equal to invoices table owning[0.000000]

Find the invoice in the si_invoices table and set the owing field to 799. That should correct this.

    Thank you… Already tried that..
It is the same for every new invoice I create

I don’t know why but my invoice No.s and IDs are different even on my 2019.2 version.. which works.

Happy to discuss over email and give access to my.database and file structures.

I know.it will be something stupid that I may have done.
    Regards
    Wayne.

Give me an export of the si_preferences file and the localLocale, localCurrencyCode and localPrecision settings from the custom.config.ini file. I’ll see if I can replicate your set up.

is there anywhere I can send these to – rather than posting online?

The values I requested contain no secure or secret information. That is why I was so specific in what I asked for. You shouldn’t have any concern with sharing these on this forum.
