    One of the older versions of Simple Invoices, I was able to embed my corporate font. The module that handled the PDF conversion had an option to do so, however I am unable to with the latest update.

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

    I haven’t needed to do this, but it seems that you can make your own invoice template folder and in the css file, specify the fonts you want to use. Possible using the the @font-face declaration.
