Invoice type Consulting missing

    The button to create a new Consulting type invoice is missing.
    I accessed the page with
    /index.php?module=invoices&view=consulting&customer_id=
    Also the code in this page is not working. The fields are scrambled and the invoice can not be saved leading into php error.
